The script PHP XML News Feed is a XML and PHP script (RSS / XML conetnt pharser).
PHP Newsfeed started out as a way for us(<a href="http://www.wilsonncareabusinesses.com/">WilsonNCAreaBusinesses</a>) to give our users the news that matters most.
Sure, you could use any of the available free newsfeeds and get great news on your site, hoewver they lack in versatility and the ability to customize to your individual needs. So, after some searching, it was clear that we needed our own XML feed generated off of a MySQL database, so that we could post local stories that we came across, or headlines provided by outside newsfeed sources.
